10/11/24 Update on Christopher

So, my Christopher Macklin is out of the ICU which is good news. The level of care now sure isn't the best news. My awesome sister and I were able to sort things out through the day though and he's continuing rehabilitation and healing. One tube out if his heart still draining and he's just gotta get more mobility and strength going before being homebound. 🙏🙌🤩💜
I don't want to crowd, but felt the need to drop some thoughts. You've got this, our Hillbilly Warrior, Christopher. Come on now, I'm missing your voice and dry jokes 😁. I know you are fighting with everything you've got. I also know, open heart surgery is a tough, as I've been through its challenges too. It's beyond daunting. So much is involved, more than most would even realize. My 4-year anniversary of survival is coming up, December 17th, and you'll get to add those yearly milestones to your journey as well. Congratulations on your forward movement from the ICU. I remember those days as, 'gently-forced-reflections', as I would refer to them. My Prayers are up for you cons…
