The Heart Chakra is our true center, the essence of our soul, mind and body...the greatest communicator and unifier. When the heart chakra is too large or overactive there is a tendancy to love in a clingy or suffocating way causing one to lose their sense of individual self in relationship. One loses ability to draw boundaries and will let anyone and everything IN.
When this chakra is deflated or underactive one can become cold, distant, lonely and harbor grudges. This can make it difficult to open up or connect to those around them.
